WHY DO WE DO IT?
We believe that platforms such as YouTube should be used for the greater good of society rather than personal gain. Mavro Productions wants to ensure all children get to experience the joy of playing football without the fear of health restraints. Mavro Productions also wants to make sure people in third world nations have the basic rights to living that all Australians take for granted. Mavro Productions uses their love of the game to help others and to make sure that all viewers get to help out and make a difference, focusing on the collective effort. We believe that advertising can be used for good, rather than for affluence and materialistic goods.
WHAT IS OUR AIM?
To provide all people with the right to play sport, regardless of cancer and other restrictions. To provide resources, supplies and funding to people in desperate need, especially children.
WHERE DO PROCEEDS GO?

They have helped 6000+ families in Australia, raised over $12 million in support and have set up 50+ regional clinics to help children in rural areas with less opportunities.
In 2022, Mavro Productions and Talking Media decided to raise funds for Paradise 4 Kids to help those in nations in dire need.

DETAILS ABOUT THE MATCHES
In 2019, Mavro FC lost in a goal fest of a match 12-3. All matches are played at Seymour Shaw Stadium, a strong supporter of the initiative in which Mavro Productions aims to achieve.

In 2020, Mavro Productions teamed up with Talking Media to make the event bigger and better. This time, there was music, a PA announcer and a host of talent on the pitch. This time, the result ended in a 4-4 draw, with Mavro FC losing on penalties.

In 2021, Mavro Productions and Talking Media teamed up again to deliver an amazing day filled with amazing guests. Once again played at Seymour Shaw, the result ended in a 5-4 win for Team Chrisos which ties up the Brother v Brother showdown to one a piece.

In 2022, Mavro Productions and Talking Media once again teamed up to deliver a day full of amazing food, quality football and entertainment played at the charity match fortress Seymour Shaw. The game ended in a 11-2 thrashing in favour of Team Chrisos which puts the Brother v Brother in favour of the team at 2-1.

In 2023, Mavro Productions and Talking Media teamed up to deliver a day of amazing food again, quality football, a draft system, entertainment, and a raffle system once again at the charity match home Seymour Shaw Stadium. Both sides even swapped jerseys. After an even first half at 1-1, Team Chrisos put their foot on the gas and delivered a goal-fest of a second half winning 7-2. This is the third year in a row that Team Chrisos has won.

In 2024, Mavro Productions and Talking Media continued their partnership to deliver the best charity match yet! This time, special guests ShakTV and OlanTekkers joined us, as well as juniors from Sylvania Heights and Kirrawee Kangaroos to entertain at half time, as well as a commentary team and ultras from Melbourne. A record 400 people came to witness a Team Yianni redemption win as they claimed victory 3-1 and winning the Charity Match 2024. Team Chrisos wore new jerseys, and the same raffle system returned!

In 2025, Mavro Productions and Talking Media continued their partnership to deliver the best charity match yet! A common theme yearly. This time, the special guests doubled and they were even bigger with singer, Timomatic, comedian Anthony Locascio, former professional footballer George Timotheou and content creator Joe Kay joined us, junior teams from Sylvania Heights returned to entertain at half time, as well as a commentary team from the UBF Podcast, a Brazilian cohort of fans, and players from interstate. A record 400 people came to witness a Team Yianni double as they claimed victory 5-0 and winning the Charity Match 2025. This time around the new PA system was on show and the same raffle system returned as well as many of the same players to deliver a day everyone will never forget!
